A high class dinner-cloth

In an antique shop I found this cloth, waiting for to be used with my Rosenthal service. It is so beautiful with the glossy linen and the goldy embroidery. Who has embroidered it? And who left it to the shop?

A handembroidered tablecloth for the dinnertable. Rich embroidered with mouline-thread and with a fine hem.
