Three hanky-holders for my tasteThere are a lot of hanky-holders hidden and forgotten in our drawers. Many are very well-made, others are made with difficulty by small girls at school. Here are three holders, that are very fine and old .Of course they have been used, but they are still very elegant. The moss-green holder in Art Noveau style is made of felt with a cut-out border and hand-embroidered rowan-berries. The pink one is older and made of plaited silk ribbons, surrounded by flower ribbons and a frill. It has a thick filling and a pink satin lining. The light green one is made of silk with petit-point embroideries, a green lace and a neat buttoning. The lining is light yellow.
